Round Lab, Korea’s National Toner, Lands at Watsons Philippines

We skincare enthusiasts in the Philippines have more reasons to be happy! K-beauty in the PH has just become a whole lot more exciting with the official arrival of Round Lab, one of Korea’s most beloved skincare brands. I felt a rush of excitement as I walked into the Balmori Tent at Powerplant Mall. As someone who’s been using their products for a while, I couldn’t wait to see them celebrated here.

What welcomed us was a screen that stated departure and arrival times of trips to different parts of korea, along with us being escorted into their "Immigration" set up with us giving our ticket and passport for having fun in their Roundtrip with Round Lab party.

Different booths were set up for us to explore the beautiful Korean Peninsula along with beauty discoveries through Round Lab's products, which contained diverse natural ingredients from the land where the sea, wind, and mountains meet. The event was more than a product launch; it was a celebration of Korean culture. There were fun activities, games, and giveaways, and guests took home mini suitcases filled with Round Lab products. The Korean food and drinks inspired by the brand’s ingredients were a tasty bonus.

From Yangyang, a destination known for its scenic beauty, harmonizing mountains, seas, and rivers, comes Round Lab's Pine Cica product line. This line has intensive calming properties and soothing effects, with products ranging from cleansers to pads, ampoules, creams, and masks.

It was wonderful to meet Round Lab CEO Lee YoungHak and Overseas Team Leader Baek InSung, Overseas Manager for Asian Market Kim DongHyun, Marketing Manager Jo EunWhan, and Overseas Manager Rhee SooMin. Also present were officials from Watsons. Seeing them collaborate with Watsons to make these products available nationwide will definitely be a gamechanger for the skincare market here in our country.

As someone who’s been using Round Lab products even before they were available locally, this event felt like a dream come true. It was a joyful celebration of Korean beauty and a milestone for skincare in the Philippines. I’m thrilled to see how Round Lab’s products will enhance the skincare routines of many Filipinos.
