My first BDJ Box | November Benefit Exclusive

I've been meaning to post this ever since I got it on my birthday, last November 15, and yet it's only now that I get to click the publish button. If you ask me why, it's because it's only now I finally got a decent internet connection thanks to my Pichi. So without further ado, I give you the contents of November 2014's BDJ Box. :3

PS: Sample sized prices are not official, I just computed them from the regular sized prices. I am curious as to how much they would actually cost :D



We start off with BDJ's feel good stickers, which is also in line with their theme for this month. "Love the way you look and look the way you love". How would you interpret this saying? :D

Posiebalm Hydrating Lip Balm  (regular tube is 3g; sample size is 0.5g)

This baby has mango butter and sodium hyaluronate that gives one that poppy pink tinted lips and helps hydrate and condition the lips as well. (Php 1000 for regular size which means this sample size is priced at around Php 166.67)

Lolitint Lip and Cheek Stain (regular size is 12.5 ml; sample size is 2.5 ml)

Lolitint is a candy-orchid tint that has a smudge ans smooch proof formula for that sweet flirty flush on the cheeks and lips all day long. (Php 1700 for full size; Php 340 for sample size)

Big Easy Complexion Perfector (35 ml full size; 3.0 ml sample size)

This is a 2-in-1 coverage that controls oil and balances moisture while giving a lightweight finish to the skin. It can perfectly conceal imperfections cause it adjusts to your skin tone and it also soothes and protects the skin from free radicals. :D (Php 2000 for full size; Php 171.38 for sample size)

They're Real! Eye Makeup Remover (Regular size is 50 ml; Sample size is 7.5ml)

This is the perfect companion to the They're Real! Mascara and They're Real Push up Liner cause it gently removes waterproof eye make-up without irritating your eyes. So those are the contents of my November BDJ Box. Pretty much a good surprise, really, but I was kinda bummed that for my first time, I hadn't received any full sized version. But when I think about it, still I'm very very happy cause it's not everyday that I get to try out make up from Benefit. I mean like come on, it's like my make up budget is only for street food, and Benefit is this seriously classy restaurant that I've been wanting to try ever since it arrived in the PH but I can only afford it if I starve myself first.

But hey, for a total of spending only around Php650( commute fare to the bank included ;D), the total cost of products that are in the box amount to Php 1803.91, which is pretty great cause it's almost 3x worth of what I paid for.

Although the contents are quite small, it does not beat it's main purpose which is for me to have a chance to try out new products. But I am hoping for a full sized product next time I sign up hehehe... Oh well, better luck next box :3 !
