The NIX Stop: Poolside Paradise in Laguna | Roma Vita Resorts
I've had my fair share of resorts in and around the area of Brgy. Pansol, but there is only one that is inspired from the theme of Rome, their architecture and their opulence, without the extravagant prices! Everyone, I present to you..

Roma Vita Resorts
This place is where me and a few friends got to hang out last weekend. We were one of the first ones to try out their rooms and facilities, and I'm pretty impressed. We are talking about 1.5 hectares of land inspired to bring out the Roman Glory Vibe. I can see a theme of Cleopatra and Caesar wedding theme here, because of the architecture. It's very romantic, and they have a couple of function rooms, adjacent to their big swimming pools.

The bigger function room is pretty awesome for a 100-150 pax (up to 300 for a company conference set up), with allotment for a stage. All that you really need is your imagination to decorate the place.
This is a perfect place to spend time with the family, a BIGGER family, or corporate team building events.
They have Deluxe rooms, costing for around 1800 Php, and it was where I spent the night.
They have a lot of outlets for all your gadgets, (I think I counted 3 pairs in mine) and the air conditioning system is great. Bathrooms are clean, well maintained and are available with toiletries and towels for your needs.
A BIG win for the MANY pillows, because it somehow eased my 'single for the night' moments. I just love it when a bed has like 4 or more pillows for a single queen size bed. :D
For families, Premium rooms are also available costing for 2000 Php. These are perfect for families, or barkadas, as this room has 2 King sized beds and Cable TV. As of the moment, they have 18 Deluxe rooms available and 10 Premium rooms. They are expanding their amenities and rooms though to accommodate more guests soon :D
The best part of it all? THE FREAKING WIFI.
This is honestly the only resort where I saw speeds that go up to 40+mbps (FIBR Connection), considering we are in the Philippines. All I can say is, Opulence with the internet connection is always a BIG plus in my book.
Roma Vita has been up since 2012, but it is only now that they have upped their game and re-introduced a better version of themselves, not just to the public but to the digital world as well, with their new and improved website along with their own booking system. Easier, faster, better. :D

HOW TO GET TO Roma Vita Resorts:
Shortcut:
- Take the Calamba Exit of SLEX (South Luzon Expressway), and head on to Turbina
- Just after Nation Gas Station(right side of the road), you will see a village-esque gate (it was black and white) along the left side of the road. This is the entrance to the Bucal Bypass road, which baisically cuts your time in half, and gets you to Brgy. Pansol faster. Just go on this road until you get to the national highway. By the way, I loved how easy the drive was with the Mazda cx5, considering the sharp curves we had to go through this pass. :D
- Take a right once you enter National Highway, and straight until you see Brgy. Bagong Kalsada outpost(on your left) and Jonel's Spring Resort on the right side of the road. Enter the road near Brgy. Bagong kalsada, and straight on till you see a 4-way intersection. To your left, you should see the gates of Roma Vita Resorts. :D
Happy Swimming!
