Matrix Cosmetics Lip and Cheek Tint Review and Swatches

I was browsing through my posts index and I noticed that it's been MONTHS since I last posted a beauty review. OMG. Well, I'll make it up to you guys cause for the next weeks I'll be posting all about hauls and cheap but good beauty products :D Let me start with this Matrix Cosmetics Lip and Cheek Tint

Packaging and Price:

This is a watery type of lip tint, has 5 shades which comes in a roller tip glass with a back cap. I have 2 shades given to me by the distributor, Tiksi Lens and these sell for Php 140 per piece. To know more about the shades and how they look read on below or check out my video below :D


They also have and ingredients list btw and it contains 10ml of product.

Swatches and Longevity:

Peach Perfect leans toward a coral red, giving one that perfect blooming look on the cheeks and just bitten effect on the lips, and the Hazel Brown looks brown on the cheeks but more of a dark red on the lips.





This tastes and smells much like sweet candy but if you're expecting strawberry smells, nope. Just candy. :) I have here the Peach Perfect on cheeks and the Hazel Brown on the lips. It can last for up to 3-4 hours on the lips provided you don't eat and all you do is drink water. On the cheeks it's impressive as it can last for up to 6 hours or more.

Overall:

What I loved about this lip and cheek tint is how forgiving it is when it comes to drying time. You can directly apply it on your cheeks and it won't dry too fast that you'll get patchy color when blending. The color selection is also nice as I was able to use the Hazel Brown not just as a blush or lip color but as a contour as well or tinted primer when I build it up on my cheeks. As a lip color, my tip would be to try and apply it first, then clean up with a cotton bud and don't purse your lips before it sets.

Affordable and multi functional, I'd say this is a sulit steal for 140Php. You can check out my swatches on the video here:
