Stylefest PH Fashion Trend Forecast and Highlights

0917 Lifestyle, Globe's Lifestyle brand, SAGA Events and Grand Hyatt Manila teamed up once again and presented Style Fest PH- the Philippine Fashion and beauty movement that promotes creativity and filipino craftsmanship.



I was there to witness the happenings on the 3rd day, which started with a talk on the latest fashion trends by Hong Kong's own, Michael Leow of Fashion Snoops. Fashion Snoops uses spot on research, strategic overiews and different diverse groups to forecast the possible latest trends.

He explained that for the year 2020, colors and themes of fashion, make up and accessories will be more in tune to our emotions and humanity, instead of the usual outside inspirations.

From my interpretation to his work, I can see a lot of color and a lot of our indiividuality will definitely be peeking through. And in the end- isn't that what fashion is all about right?



What followed afterwards is the Bang x 0917runway presentation and shopping spree. Here are some of the notable designs from the collection:



This first one is my favorite by far. I'm definitely trying this style of edgy wear when I go to Japan later next year. Loving the style of this windbreaker.
