Lumina Homes welcomes Reina ng Tahanan grand winner with House & Lot
Giving the best for her children is the ultimate wish of any mom. For “Reina ng Tahanan: Ang Pinakanatatanging Ina” winner Julianne Torres of Muntinlupa City, receiving a brand-new Lumina house and lot this holiday season is an amazing way to start a new chapter in her family’s life.
The grand winner of the famous segment of noontime show, It’s Showtime, bested seven other contestants. She also took home P300,000 cash, a negosyo package, jewelry set, and a crown.
Torres can choose a location from any of Lumina Homes' available house and lot projects nationwide. The 32-year-old mom won’t have limited options because Lumina has over 50 developments in key locations across the country: Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pangasinan, La Union, Cagayan, Isabela, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Albay, Sorsogon, Iloilo, Capiz, Cebu, Negros Occidental, Agusan del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Bukidnon, Misamis Occidental, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, and South Cotabato.
Other Reina ng Tahanan finalists were Diana Jade Salundaguit, Catrina Antonio, Analyn Salvador, Zenaida Villas, and Yolly Magat. There were also several special awards, such as Gowndang Nanay Award which Torres won, The Greatest Showmom Award to Lilia Aban, MAMAasahang Kaibigan Award to Villas, and Madlang Pipol’s Choice to Leona Andersen.
The Reinanays were serenaded by Nyoy Volante, Jed Madela, Jason Dy, and Tawag ng Tanghalan grand winners JM Yosures and Reiven Umali.
Reina ng Tahanan was launched in May 2021 which was opened to all mothers aged 18 to 59 years old. Lumina Homes gladly partnered with the show as part of its advocacy to make every Filipino family know that they can own beautiful and dependable but affordable abode with Lumina.
