Century Park Hotel Experience: Time to say YES to UNLIMITED CHURRASCO BBQ Meat!
I'm sure we've all got cabin fever. I definitely missed going to staycations and buffets. Lately, I find that we can finally go back to a bit of normalcy with life. Recent times are now easier for travel and dining despite the situation. Hotels and restaurants are establishing proper safety protocols, DOT Safety Seal in place, and most people are finally getting that much-needed booster shot.
The Churrasco Buffet Dining Experience
Of course we have Century Park Hotel's well loved mains and desserts, with a generous array of appetizers, mains, steaks and dessert. But the star of the show is their Churrasco set up.
Gauchos would go around the tables where their friends and family are gathered, serving unlimited slabs of beef from the skewers. This style of serving is called rodizio.
It was definitely an overwhelmingly great experience. We got to try beef, pork, chicken and sausages, dipped in three types of sauce (chimichurri, peri peri and salsa verde.)
Each bite was a different but delicious experience.
The beef especially is cooked to perfection, at a medium-rare. You can also ask for a specific part of the meat to try. You also have these little square indicators on your table that are colored green and red- tip over the red part if you're full and want the party to stop.
Other dishes like ratatouille, pasta, salmon, delectable desserts and pastries are placed on the buffet spread where diners are free to help themselves. This is what makes their Churrasco Buffet one-of-a-kind.
Century Park Hotel Churrasco Buffet Time and Price
Priced at P1,200 net per head, one can enjoy a wide selection of meats (beef, chicken, pork and sausages), an assortment of dishes (ratatouille, pasta, salmon, etc.) and an array of delectable desserts (pastries, iced desserts and more). The meats are smoked and charcoal-grilled to perfection to produce more delicious flavors.
Due to insistent demand, what was initially a 2-day run per week (lunch only) is now a regular 3-day operation (Wednesday to Friday) and now serves Lunch (11:00 AM – 2:30 PM) AND Dinner (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) as well.
“The challenge was not just to bring back our popular buffet but to create a better and more pleasant dining experience. The pandemic has been an opportunity for us to reassess what we have and introduce a mix of the tried & tested together with a new concept to our buffet offering,” said Anthony Tan, Century Park Hotel’s General Manager.
