SMDC Good Guy Lee Min Ho Celebrates SM 65th Year Anniversary in SMX Mall of Asia

SM's 65th Year celebration is quite the stunner with the resident Good Guy from SMDC, the one and only Asian superstar Lee Min Ho. 

SMDC, along with its executives, guests, and members of the media, enjoyed an evening filled with interactive games, and interviews, presented by the charismatic Sam Oh. After being serenaded by Jed Madela, the night was filled with games and promotions featuring SMDC properties that features Lee Min Ho's Step into Luxury campaign, including Glam, Gold, Sands, and Sail residences.

But this event wasn't just about glitz and glamour. It was about reaffirming SMDC's commitment to crafting world-class, sustainable communities for Filipinos. SMDC President Jose Mari Banzon went up the stage and welcomed everyone to the the 65th anniversary of SM and the birthday of Henry Sy Sr. SMDC's Developer of the Year this 2023 award is well deserved, and to back it up, they really went for it with their premium designs, and ambassador Lee Min Ho.

Sam Oh was quite the host, as she was able to keep her cool for most times, and was very engaging and prompt with her questions for Lee Minho.

We learned quite a lot about our resident good guy with the fast talk portion of the night. Below are some snippets of the night:

Lee Min Ho is a night owl. He loves to give presents more instead of getting them, and his alcohol torelance is not that high. He prefers the beach instead of pools, winters instead of summer and would like to live in the countryside instead of the city. 

Lee Min Ho's preferred SMDC amenities is a pool, and for views, he would like a sunset view. He mentions that he does not have to wake up early to appreciate it. Which would coincide with his whole night owl persona. He also kept us updated with his new project, which will be quite the sci fi story. 

The night ends with Lee Min Ho reading from the post it wall filled with messages from fans and patrons in the hall. One of his fans posted a graduation photo of her along with her message and our good guy was definitely intrigued. He asked for the lady to come on stage with him for a selfie. Lee Minho is such a good guy!

Lee Min Ho's parting words for the night was "I'm so grateful. I would like to thank each and every one of you for spending your precious Sunday with me. I hope in the future for my future projects we get to meet a lot and see each other right away. Thank you very much."
